Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and FoundFans LLC (“FoundFans,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of the website at foundfans.com and its related services (the “Service”). By accessing, browsing, claiming a listing, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” refers to that entity. If you lack that authority, you are personally responsible under these Terms.

The Service is intended solely for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to access or use it. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

The Service indexes adult-oriented creators and links to third-party adult platforms. It is closed to anyone under 18 and to residents of jurisdictions where accessing adult-oriented services is unlawful. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your location.

FoundFans is an independent directory. We organize and link to publicly available information about content creators across platforms such as OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue, ManyVids, and others, so that fans can discover creators and reach them on the platforms where they post.

FoundFans is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any platform we list. We do not operate those platforms, process their subscriptions, or control their content. All platform names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify where a creator publishes.

We do not host, sell, or provide access to paywalled or sexually explicit content. A listing is an index entry that points fans elsewhere.

For each listed creator, the Service publishes a limited set of already-public information, which may include:

• display name and public handle(s);
• public profile URLs and the platforms a creator publishes on;
• a single public profile photo (rehosted) and auto-sourced safe-for-work promotional images;
• a paraphrased, non-verbatim summary of a public bio;
• publicly stated subscription price and a public-activity signal.

We do not scrape, host, or republish paywalled content; copy bio text verbatim; or publish private personal information that is not already public. We aim for accuracy but make no guarantee that listings are complete, current, or error-free.

Creators control their presence in the directory. You may claim your listing to manage it, or request changes or full removal at any time. We process removal requests within 24 hours of verification, no questions asked.

Removed listings return a 404 and the underlying handle is blacklisted from re-indexing. To request a change or removal, use the removal request form. Copyright holders should also review our Copyright Policy.

When using the Service, you agree that you will not:

• use the Service if you are under 18 or are accessing it on behalf of a minor;
• scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download the Service except as expressly permitted by our robots policy;
• impersonate any creator, person, or entity, or claim a listing that is not yours;
• submit false removal requests, fraudulent claims, or knowingly false information;
• upload or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that depicts a minor;
• attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the security or integrity of the Service;
• use the Service to harass, dox, threaten, or facilitate non-consensual conduct against any person.

We may investigate and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content and suspending access.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Where you connect or verify third-party platform profiles through the creator studio, you represent that you own or are authorized to manage those profiles. We may suspend accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.

Your basic listing is free. We offer two categories of paid service:

Protect (subscription)

Protect is a recurring monthly subscription that adds content-theft tooling, including full theft findings and assisted DMCA takedowns. It bills monthly in advance and renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Featured placement (à la carte)

Featured placement lets you pay to be pinned or boosted on specific keywords or categories. It is an advertising purchase, billed monthly per keyword, and may be cancelled anytime. Placement is verified against your profile, and we may decline or remove placements that are irrelevant, misleading, or non-compliant.

Billing & refunds

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors; by purchasing, you also agree to their terms. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable, and partial periods are not pro-rated on cancellation. We may change prices on a going-forward basis with notice before your next renewal.

The Service, including its design, text, software, and the FoundFans name and logo, is owned by FoundFans LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Any content you submit (for example, materials provided when claiming a listing or filing a request) remains yours, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it as necessary to operate and provide the Service. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license.

The Service links to third-party websites and platforms that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, products, pricing, or practices, and your dealings with them are solely between you and the third party. Following a link is at your own risk.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that listings are accurate or current.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOUNDFANS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FoundFans LLC and its officers, members, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the arbitration provision below, you agree that the state and federal courts located in North Carolina have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not subject to arbitration.

Binding arbitration & class-action waiver. Except for claims that may be brought in small-claims court, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, seated in North Carolina. You and FoundFans waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action. If this waiver is found unenforceable, the dispute will proceed in the North Carolina courts named above.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
